Next Generation Private Jet: Great, But Where’s The Lap Pool?

Chances are if you ever rode first class or any upper-class ranking they have these days on airlines, you know how much better you have it than the huddled masses in the back, where wailing babies and two-seat occupying strangers loom in every aisle. Are you ready for the next level? Soul Plane ain’t got nothin’ on this!

All benjamins aside and according to the report, The ABJ Explorer One has:

•A fully equipped office workstation incorporated into the forward bulkhead with a large display cabinet located on the opposite side of the aircraft providing a focal point on entry.
•A white marble stone floor.
•Rear entertainment lounge and “Air Deck”. Both Explorer concepts share the same layout in this area which also benefits from a generously proportioned open plan galley fitted to the highest specifications and incorporating the latest appliances.
•Four VIP cabins have a generous sofa and chair combination which can convert to a full size double bed. Each cabin has its own entertainment system with a 17? high definition flat screen monitor and access to a vast number of multimedia files.
•A full height wardrobe is provided and there is also direct access to a large dressing room incorporating a toilet and shower in the mid section of the aircraft. Glazed bulkheads can be transformed from obscure to transparent opening up the interior during flight to create a more social space.
Cost and delivery dates have not yet been announced. All I know is the thing better come with Wi-fi.

Now the question is, with commercial airlines charging for luggage and meals, will oxygen be next? How good will air travel be for the rest of us who can’t afford a BBQ deck on their private jet?
