Our hearts go out to the brothers, family members, and friends of Lamar Abel R.I.P. take this time to celebrate his life and reflect!
Though i did not know Lamar well i can truly say there were no negative experiences with this individual. Lamar's presence was felt throughout the black community at UF whether it was through the intellect he showed while speaking at a BMDI forum. Or the overwhelmingly positivity he poured onto the campus in the form of his passion for his fraternity, love for school, and friendship. As greeks we tend to lose sight of whats really important, despite what colors you wear or letters you have we are all brothers and sisters!
